To use the Minnesota Homeownership Center’s shared Salesforce instance, your organization will need to execute an annual agreement with Center that lays out obligations and restrictions for use of the platform.
The standard agreement provisions 6 users for your organization at a flat rate for the year.
Additional users can be provisioned upon request and incur an additional per user fee. Additional user fees will be prorated based on when you request additional users.
The agreement will be sent to the person at your org who signs contracts with HOCMN. This generally occurs around the end of each calendar year and the invoice is due in January of the next year.
When you need to tell us about staff who have left your organization, newly hired staff, or even current staff who newly need HomeKeeperMN access added or removed, please have your agency manager go to your agency’s record and submit the Staff Change Update Form. That will automatically create the necessary records in the background like Agency Contact records and keep things tidy.
