Submission Timeline

Each year, the Center sends out two email reminders to the Network to collect Home Stretch workshop dates. One email is sent in March requesting details for July-December workshops, and another email is sent in September for January-June workshops of the following year (ex: January-June 2027 workshops collected in September 2026).

Each email will include the deadline by when agencies must submit their workshops to the Center and instructions on when agencies can expect workshops to be uploaded to the Center's website, hocmn.org.

Agencies that have scheduled workshops for the entire year are welcome to submit the workshops at one time.

Submitting New Homebuyer Education Workshops

The Minnesota Homeownership Center requests Homebuyer Education classes be submitted through a Microsoft Form.

Editing Existing Workshops

We understand that plans can change. Please email the needed edits to [email protected] Directing your questions to this email allows for quicker and more efficient handling of Center-related inquiries.

Be sure to include the reason for your request in the subject line. Possible reasons for updates include a change in workshop location or date, or a sponsorship.

All workshop submissions must include the following details:

• Agency Contact
• Agency Contact Phone Number
• Contact Email Address
• Period of Workshop Schedule (Jan - June or July - Dec)
• Workshop format (In person, Live-virtual)
• Workshop duration (# of days)
• Workshop date (MM/DD/YYYY) *please list each workshop date separately.
• Workshop start and stop time
• Workshop registration link *each workshop will have a unique registration link
• Workshop registration phone number
• Workshop venue name
• Workshop address
• Workshop language
• Will there be an interpreter available upon request for this workshop?
