In HUD Connect, you will receive an error message titled, “Insufficient Privileges” if your HUD Connect Password needs to be revalidated in HUD HCS and updated in your Agency Setting record.

You must validate your HUD HCS Agency Profile every 3 months.

To fix this error in HUD Connect:

  1. Go into HCS and change your password by validating the Agency profile.
    1. Under the “HUD Affiliation” tab, there is a validation button at the top that says “Validate Agency Profile”
  2. Go into HUD connect in HomeKeeper and update the password through the HUD Agency Setting.
