Distribution of this survey via a common link will be required of all HUD-funded housing counseling agencies starting October 1, 2025. Main points:

The survey will distributed through a generic weblink (that is, it is the same link for all agencies and all clients).

The survey should be distributed at the time that the client file is closed.

The survey has 12 closed ended questions and 1 open ended question.

Quarterly, agencies will receive survey results via email. The results will include charts and a spreadsheet with the raw data.
